The ongoing International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) at Madrid saw a number of Bollywood biggies in full attendance. While some aced the fashion game with their daring and drool-worthy picks, some failed to live up to the dazzle. We drum up a list of the best and worst dressed celebs at the awards gala…read on:
Deepika Padukone: (BEST)
In a risqué Swapnil Shinde creation, Deepu looked smoking hot. We can’t get over the plunging neckline, her pulled-back hair and giant pearl neckpiece. Call us an ambulance, will you?
Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi (WORST):
In a blue Balmain number, Lara looked totally overwhelmed. The busy prints and tassel details looked too cutesy for such a prestigious event. Moreover, Mahesh looked too casual in a jeans and suit combo. We are not digging their couple look at all. You?
Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover (BEST):
The newlyweds were a sight for the sore eyes in traditional outfits. While Bipasha picked a pink Sabyasachi, hubby Karan stunned in a classic Bandhgala.
Sonakshi Sinha (WORST):
In a Zara Umrigar gown, Sona looked more like a 70s dancer than a top heroine. Even though she carried it off, it’s not a sighting we are happy about.
Nargis Fakhri (BEARABLE):
Channelling a fire and ice theme on her Monisha Jaising suit, Nargis looked stunning but a lil too out of place. We would have loved to see Nargis in something flowy and charming.
Monali Thakur (WORST):
In a rather daring black number, Monali was trying to hit it off the park. But alas! She failed to do so. Even though we liked the finishing touches here, her squished bust and Capri-type lower, we have nothing home to write about.
Neha Dhupia (BEARABLE):
We do accepet her on-point eyes and pocket slits are to die for, but the white and yellow (golden) combination doesn't do enough justice to this pretty chic.
Who do you think looked the best? Let us know!!!
