Now that Shah Rukh and Salman are back to being friends, chorus for a film starring the duo has only increased. While Salman and SRK have shared screen space in quite a few number of films, the most memorable one till date remains Karan Arjun. And if ever a sequel were to be made, we take a look at those things one could expect from Karan Arjun Part 2.
P.S - Read it with a pinch of salt
Expect both SRK and Salman to go topless together
Remember Salman's shirtless sequences from Karan Arjun. That was 1995. Today, almost two decades later, SRK too with his eight packs can give enough takkar to Sallu bhai when it comes to flexing muscles. Imagine both shirtless Khans beating the s**t out of the villains. Now that's a sight to savour, we say.
Expect Baba Siddiqui to play a guest appearance
Mere Karan Arjun aayenge. Lines made immortal by Rakhi but put into effect by the one and only Baba Siddiqui. The politician's Iftaar party proved to be the ice-breaker of sorts that first brought the warring Khans together on a common platform. Imagine him doing an encore of this Happy Ending on the big screen as their father.
The Return of Mamta Kulkarni as Sallu's older sister
The sex goddess of the 90s has now vanished into oblivion and keeps surfacing in news only for wrong reasons like the recent arrest of her husband Vicky Goswami. Karan Arjun 2 could be a good launchpad for Mamta's second innings. But given the rule that actresses age in Bollywood and superstar actors don't, it would be blasphemy to think Aaj ki Mamta would romance Sallu Bhai. May be she can play his older sister instead in this sequel like Tabu from Jai Ho.
SRK-Kajol romance
SRK and Kajol will still make for an evergreen pair and it would still be exciting to watch them sing Jaati Hoon Main while rolling in hay.
Salman and SRK to play fathers
How sweet! Whenever the two Khans have played fathers onscreen (to small kids, mind it), they have tasted ample success. It would be a sight behold to see both of them play fathers once again when they are touching 50 now.
Vivek Oberoi as the villain
Amrish Puri is no more. So we need a new villain and who better than Vivek Oberoi. He excelled in Rakesh Roshan's last film Krrish 3 as the anti-hero and he could very well provide the chills in Karan Arjun 2 as well. He could play the step child of Amrish Puri who was hidden away from the world and has now returned back to wreck vengeance on his father's killers. We don't know about SRK but atleast Salman will look forward to a duel between himself and his BJP comrade, Vivek.
