During her conversation, Sai was asked about doing bold scenes in the film. The actress said, "I never look at it as breaking a taboo or breaking stereotypes. What I am looking for as a person and as an actor is different characters and varieties of characters. While working on such character, if I am breaking stereotypes, I am very glad, but breaking stereotypes is not my focus. When I wore a bikini, surprisingly, the Marathi industry welcomed me with open arms and hearts. I also got some criticism. I think if I am comfortable and my family is comfortable, that's all matters to me. I like characters of all shades. Why portray only white or black characters.

Sai was then asked if she fears getting typecast or boxed. To which the actress said, "Yes, I was very scared after doing the film called Hunter. Because after that all I was offered for sexually depressed, sexually oppressed, and all sexual characters. For three years, I was looking for something different from the movie Hunter. After three years, I got Love Sonia and after that Mimi. I believe now, people have realized that I can do different kinds of roles. I would like to maintain this choice of varieties that I have always vouched for."

Finally, Sai was asked about how difficult it was for her to make her mark in Bollywood. She said, "One needs to put a lot of effort and I am fine with it because I don't expect everyone to know me. The Marathi industry is different from the Hindi circle. So I don't mind if somebody asks me what I do. I will be more than happy to explain to them what I do. So I think it is a little difficult but again what is life without difficulties."
