MUMBAI: Be it her acting prowess or her style quotient, Sadia has consistently turned heads with her appearances. From portraying a timid girl in Shikara to an emotionally mature character in Raksha Bandhan, Sadia Khateeb continues to push boundaries with her choice of roles. The actress is currently preparing for her next, The Diplomat, opposite John Abraham.
With the trailer taking everyone into the traumatizing incident of Uzma Ahmed, played by Sadia Khateeb, and how The Diplomat helps her escape from Pakistan. Talking about Sadia, her director, Aanand L. Rai, was all praises for the actress and shared in one of the interviews, “Sadia was the most important casting of this film (Shikara) When my casting director shared her video with me, I remember I had no option, casting directors have 4-5 options but I feel if Sadia would have not done this film, my energy would have been half. She still messages me Happy Rakhi every year.”
Sadia’s upcoming film, The Diplomat, is all set to release in theatres on 7th March 2025.
