'ABCD 2' game launched, play on

A game inspired by dance-inspired movie "ABCD 2" has been launched for its fans. Developed by Disney India’s gaming arm, Indiagames, the game draws from the story of the film and features key characters. The movie traces the journey of an Indian dance troupe who come from the backstreets of a Mumbai suburbs. “'ABCD2' is our first local franchise and we were glad to have created a game inspired by this story. This game has a high level of interactivity and fans can relate to characters and the concept as these are all derived from the film itself. We are looking forward to all dance fans to try out the game and enjoy it,” Sameer Ganapathy, vice president and head, Interactive, Disney India, said in a statement. It is currently available on Android devices and gamers can choose from various film characters like that of actors Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor and Prabhudheva. It is a rhythm-based game where the players need to work their way up through the streets to stardom and perform some dance moves. The player can choose from a list of the movie’s songs, dance styles and modes to keep moving ahead in the game. Gamers also have a chance to win gold coins for their performance based on the style, the accuracy and the difficulty level. The player can customise the scene to his or her liking, by choosing the character, the song, the difficulty level and the dance floor. (Source: IANS)
