Actor Kabir Bedi signs a new film, Love Magik

We had written about TV writer Anjana Reethoria Rishi making his celluloid directorial debut with the movie Love Magik under the banner of Thanx Universe Entertainment. And the writer is counting her blessings as she has managed to get the veteran actor Kabir Bedi on board for a very pivotal role. Kabir was more than happy to sign the film’s confirmation deal on his birthday yesterday. The writer who has also been the creative director of shows like Naagin, Sasural Genda Phool, Saraswatichandraand Ek Nanad Ki Khushiyon Ki Chaabi Meri Bhabhi has been working on this project for the last five months and is all set to start off with her film next month. The project will also have DID fame Mayuresh Wadkar in the lead along with Sneha Ullal. Talking on signing Kabir, Anjana quips, “He had loved the script and we were just waiting for the formalities to get done. And what better occasion than his birthday for it. He was really glad by the gesture and we hope to do really well with the film. And now with him on board we are all set to roll.” Anjana is currently scouting for perfect locations for the filming.
