Aditya Roy Kapur injures back on the sets of YRF's Dawat-e-Ishq

Aditya Roy Kapur
Post the success of Aashiqui 2, Aditya Roy Kapur has been shooting for YRF’s next Dawat-e-Ishq being directed by Habib Faisal. The actor who made his film debut with Vipul Shah's London Dreams and later gained visibility for his roles in Action Replayy and Guzaarish injured himself during the shoot of Dawat-e-Ishq in Mumbai. Confirming the same Aditya exclaimed, "It was a severe muscle pull but I am glad we managed to finish the day's shoot. I am feeling much better now." It is said that as part of the second schedule, Aditya was shooting for a dance sequence when he got a back pull while performing a dance move. When the actor realised the same, he just stood still being unable to move. As a result, the unit stalled and summoned a doctor to get him checked. He prescribed painkillers for immediate relief. After taking some painkillers, and even after having a severe pain, Aditya, who is also shooting for Fitoor, resumed shooting as he did not want to disturb the shooting schedule and wanted to make sure that the shoot happens as planned. Dawat-e-Ishq has Aditya pitted opposite Parineeti Chopra for the very first time.
