MUMBAI: Amitabh Bachchan is currently undergoing treatment for Coronavirus in Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai. While it has been over two weeks since he was admitted, Big B makes sure he keeps his fans updated about his health, and other things in general, via his social media posts or his blog. Now, in his recent post, he shared that he misses his father Harivansh Rai Bachchan in the loneliness of COVID-2019 ward at the hospital, and also shared a throwback video reciting one of his poetries.
Amitabh Bachchan took to his social media to share an old video, in which he can be seen sitting on a chair, with a book in his hand, and candles lit on the side. In the background, the poem 'Hai Andheri Raat Par Diva Jalana' can be heard playing in Amitabh Bachchan’s voice. In his caption, Big B wrote how his father would also sing the same way during a gathering of poets. He then mentioned that in the loneliness at the hospital, he misses his father.
He captioned the post as, “बाबूजी की कविता के कुछ पल । वो इसी तरह गाया करते थे कवि सम्मेलनों में । अस्पताल के अकेले पन में उनकी बहुत याद आती है, और उन्हीं के शब्दों से अपनी सूनी रातों को आबाद करता हूँ ।“

Meanwhile, TOI reported that containment zone banners were removed from outside Amitabh Bachchan's bungalow in Mumbai by BMC officials. It was earlier declared a containment zone after Big B and Abhishek Bachchan tested positive for Coronavirus.
