MUMBAI : Anant Ambani, the son of business billionaire Mukesh Ambani, and Radhika Merchant, the daughter of Encore Healthcare CEO Viren Merchant, are scheduled to get married on July 12 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra, Mumbai. The first invitation was sent out recently by Nita Ambani to the Varanasi temple of Kashi Vishwanath. The invitation to the wedding has also been sent to a number of politicians and other celebrities. A video that shows off the lavish invitation box is currently doing the rounds on social media.

The invitation is embellished with little patterns and sculptures of Hindu gods and goddesses. A silver temple can be seen sliding out of a red box in the opening scene of the video, while melancholic music plays in the background.
Hindu deities such as Lord Ganesha, Radha-Krishna, Goddess Durga, and Goddess Laksmi are depicted in the temple-like building.
As a surprise, the box included other gifts for the attendees. It carried the initials 'AR' and was made of translucent white material with floral motifs. The invite was given to the visitors along with some candy and a purple shawl. It should be mentioned that Anant and Radhika have carefully planned their wedding celebrations, keeping with the conventions of the Hindu religion.
A few days prior, another invitation went viral, revealing that the main events will begin on July 12 with the wedding ceremony, also known as the auspicious Shubh Vivah. Shubh Aashirwad will take place on July 13 to continue the festivities.
Politicians, Bollywood stars, businessmen, and other notable people from all over the world attended a series of pre-wedding celebrations that the Ambanis and the Merchants threw in Jamnagar in March 2024. Pop superstar Rihanna's incredible performance was the event's high point.
The couple threw an exciting three-day boat party for their loved ones in June 2024.
