The actor is soon to be seen in his upcoming epic drama Ramayana where he will play the role of Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi will play the role of Goddess Sita. The movie is directed by Nitesh Tiwari.

Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani

Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, this movie came with a fresh wave romance and comedy wherein we saw one of the loveliest on-screen pairing of Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor. The is still loved and watched on OTT. In the movie, we can see Ranbir Kapoor's character Prem always getting scoldings from his father who never thought his son was good enough. This bond really impacted the movie.

Tamasha

Directed by Imtiaz Ali, this movie focuses on the life of a creative person who has the ability to think out of the box and a career by it but is forced to live a normal life with people who aren't so creative. In the movie, we see Ranbir Kapoor's character Ved always feeling caged by the life that his father wants him to live and prosper in. However, Ved finally earns his father's approval by making the latter understand his thoughts and ideas about how he wants to live his life and that he has his own definition of success.

Yeh Jawani hai deewani

The movie featured Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone as leads and Kalki Koechlin, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Kunaal Roy Kapur in supporting roles. It even had a cameo of Rana Daggubati. This Ayan Mukerji movie really did wonders showing how life changes from time to time and what it has in store for us. One important factor in the movie was the bond between Bunny and his father where there was no conflict but yet Bunny never paid attention to the fact that his father needs his attention. However, by the end of the movie, he learns his lesson and it makes him run to Naina and not waste his time anymore.

Animal

When the film finally released, the audience fell in love with everything about the movie, especially Ranbir Kapoor’s acting. When talking about Ranbir Kapoor’s acting, we need to point out that he has always chosen and played some very unique roles and in such a way that only he can do it. The movie is based on the fact that Ranvijay Singh, played by Ranbir Kapoor, always wants to be the best son but fails every time. The movie shows how a child doesn't just want a mother's love and attention but requires the same from his/her father too.

Wake up sid

This is a movie where we saw a fresh pairing of Ranbir Kapoor with Konkona Sen. The movie connected to the audience really well and it was highly appreciated. Once again, the movie showed Sid and his father having a conflict where Sid, bring a young college boy is clueless about life and career but knows photography very well. Meanwhile, Sid's father is disappointed in the beginning but gets to know how happy his son is doing what he loves to do.

Jagga Jasoos

This is one of the most perfect Hindi Disney movies and even though it didn't do as great at the box office as it was expected to, the movie later received a lot of love from the audience. The movie shows Jagga's quest on finding out if his father is alive or not and where is he. If you don't remember, he was an adopted child and the movie showed the sweetest bond between a son and father.
