MUMBAI: It's Ganesh Chaturthi 2020. Though due to the pandemic, the celebrations have taken a hit, however, our stars from Bollywood and Television industry are still trying to be as enthusiastic as possible. Many celebrities took to their respective social media handles to showcase their Ganpati celebrations this year. Pavitra Rishta actress Ankita Lokhande too has soaked herself into the festive spirit. She recently took to her social media account to share some throwback pictures from Ganpati celebrations of 2019 and state that she's waiting to welcome Bappa home again.

Ankita shared a few pictures that see her dressed in a beautiful yellow saree. She can be sporting a nathani (nose ring) and gajra just like a perfect Marathi Mulgi. Her makeup is done to perfection with red lipstick and bindi. She has captioned these pictures as, "I’m waiting to meet my ganpatibappa this year ganpati Bappa laukar ya #throwback 2019 ganpatibappa." Her gorgeousness sees no bounds.
In the other news, Ankita Lokhande is currently supporting former boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput's family as they are demanding justice for him. Ankita, today, is even going to participate in the Global Prayer session chanting Gayatri Mantra for Late Sushant Singh Rajput. In an interview, she had also spoken about how she cannot accept the depression narrative that is being built around the death of her former boyfriend. Sushant and Ankita fell in love on the sets of Pavitra Rishta, however, after six long years, their relationship hit rock bottom and they parted ways.
