The feisty Anushka Sharma has delivered maximum punch in most of her movies. So it comes as no surprise when we see her kicking butts in Sultan’s latest teaser.
The actress plays Aarfa, a strong and sensational wrestler who’s introduced as Haryana ki Sherni and Sultan ki jaan. Anushka’s body language is realistic, her gait athele-like and her expressions fiery. She transforms from a salwar kameez-clad everyday girl to a blazing ass-kicker. This trait is a reflection of every woman.
They have the ability to be docile as well as fierce. With the crowds cheering, she tackles a man twice her size. A true ode to the women of today, who can handle any issue head-on.
We can’t wait for the movie. At. All. The movie, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced under Yash Raj Films, stars Anushka Sharma, Randeep Hooda as Sultan's coach and Amit Sadh as Sultan's brother. The movie will release on 6 July.
