Atkinson talks about his comedy partnership with Robinson

Actor-comedian Rowan Atkinson says there are a few people he feels more at ease with as a comedy partnership, and his Blackadder co-star Tony Robinson was one of them.

He also has a similar relationship with Ben Miller, who plays Angus Bough in the Johnny English film series.

"There are very few people I feel more at ease with as a comedy partnership. Tony Robinson, who played Baldrick in Blackadder, he was definitely one," Atkinson said in a statement to a leading publication.

"We connected and I've got a very similar relationship with Ben. I think we just play off each other extremely well," he added.

Miller and Atkinson will share screen space again. This time for the third Johnny English film titled Johnny English Strikes Again, which will be released in India on 28 September by Universal Pictures International India.

The film about an accidental spy is directed by David Kerr.

The new adventure begins when a cyber-attack reveals the identity of all active undercover agents in Britain, leaving Johnny English as the secret service's last hope.

Called out of retirement, English dives head first into action with the mission to find the mastermind hacker.

Speaking about the third "Johnny English" film, Atkinson said, "If you think you can have another go at something, you tend to think why not have another go as long as you feel mentally and physically capable of doing the job."

Tyler Perry offers Geoffrey Owens a TV role

Actor Geoffrey Owens, who was job-shamed for working at a grocery store, has been offered a TV role by filmmaker Tyler Perry.

Perry on Tuesday took to Twitter to make an offer to the Cosby show actor, following his job-shaming, reports suggest so.

"Geoffrey Owens, I'm about to start shootings OWN's number one drama next week. Come join us. I have so much respect for people who hustle between gigs. The measure of a true artist," Perry wrote.

Perry's tweet reportedly was in reference to "The Haves and the Have Nots". Also, while appearing on Good Morning America show, Owens explained to anchor Robin Roberts that he decided to work at Trader Joe's as he was unable to make ends meet.

Owens said, "I had been teaching, acting, directing for 30+ years, but it got to a point where it just didn't add up enough and you gotta do what you got to do. I didn't advertise that I was at Trader Joe'snot that I was ashamed of it, but because I didn't want the entertainment community to kind of decide, 'Well, he's doing that; he's not pursuing acting anymore.' I felt like I had to be careful about that."

Jimmy Bennet sexually assaulted me, says Asia Argento

Actress Asia Argento, who has been accused of sexually assaulting musician Jimmy Bennett, has claimed that it was Bennett who sexually assaulted her when he was 17 years old.

Argento's lawyer Mark Jay Heller told as leading media porral that Bennett had "sexually attacked" her at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Marina del Rey, California in 2013 and he was lucky she decided not to prosecute him.

The allegations first surfaced last month when it was revealed that Argento had secretly paid off Bennet, after he accused her of sexually assaulting him when he was 17.

Argento's beau - the late Anthony Bourdain - arranged to pay Bennett a $380,000 in an out-of-court settlement in order to protect her, according to her attorney.

Heller said that the Land of the Dead star has refused to pay Bennett the balance of the settlement - $130,000 - because the arrangement was made by Bourdain before he took his own life in June.

The pair met in 2004 when Argento cast Bennett to play her son in The Heart is Deceitful Above All Things.

Christopher Walken, Christina Ricci to star in 'Percy'

Actors Christopher Walken and Christina Ricci have grabbed the roles in Clark Johnson-directed farming drama Percy.

Based on true events, the film focuses on a David-and-Goliath battle between a small-town Saskatchewan farmer, played by Walken, and a major conglomerate, with Ricci in the role of an anti-genetically modified organism (GMO) activist, reports suggest so.

Being produced by Scythia Films' Daniel Bekerman, Ian Dimerman, Brendon Sawatzky, Pryor and Miller, the film is being shot in India and Canada.

Percy also stars actors Roberta Maxwell, Adam Beach, Luke Kirby, Martin Donovan, Rick Aarons and Peter Stebbings.

There is truth in Taissa's, Demian's acting: 'The Nun' director

Director Corin Hardy, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film The Nun, says there is truth and authenticity to actors Taissa Farmiga and Demian Bichir's acting.

"Their charisma, individually and as a unit, really comes through in Taissa's and Demian's performances. There is a truth and an authenticity in their acting," Hardy said in a statement.

Starring as the novitiate -- Sister Irene, Taissa Farmiga was drawn in by the screenplay.

"I really enjoyed reading Gary's script. I think it is telling about what kind of writer he is that, in a story that's terrifying and haunting, he was able to weave in moments of levity for the audience to enjoy along the way. It feels like a roller coaster ride where you have all those thrilling ups and downs," Farmiga said.

Bichir said that he loved "the spectacular setting and thought Father Burke was one of the richest characters I'' ever read. And the script was very well-written-so complex, and deep in many different ways."

The Nun explores another dark corner of the "Conjuring" universe. Warner Bros. Pictures brings the film to India in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu on 7 September.

Hollywood defends Geoffrey Owens against job shaming

Members from Hollywood fraternity have come out in support of actor Geoffrey Owens, who was shamed by people for working at a grocery store.

A number of celebrities took to Twitter over Labour Day weekend to commend Owens' hard work, after it was reported that the 57-year-old actor had been spotted bagging groceries at a supermarket, a move many social media users viewed as a form of shaming, reports usatoday.com.

Here's what stars wrote in defence of the Cosby Show former actor:

Blaire Underwood: No shame in good, honest, hard work. He is being a man in doing what he needs to do to provide for himself and his family. Much respect to you Sir.

Pamela Adlon: I had been a working actor for years. Jobs stopped, as they do. I worked in retail. At a flower shop. I passed out flyers. It's about the work. Work gives you pride and purpose. Your visibility as an actor never goes away. But the money sure does.

Justin Bateman: So, 26 years after one TV job, this guy looks differently (shock) and is earning an honest living at a Trader Joe's. The people taking his picture and passing judgment are trash.

Rissi Palmer: It is completely disgusting the shaming that Geoffrey Owens has had this past week at the hands of the media for simply taking care of himself. Just because you are on TV does not mean you are rich. And there is nothing wrong with working to sustain yourself and your art.

Chris Rankin: I worked in a Wetherspoons kitchen after being in Harry Potter. I needed a job, no shame in that. And you know what? I really enjoyed it. You do what you need to do and that's nothing to be ashamed of.

Terry Crews: I swept floors after the National Football league. If need be, I would do it again. Good honest work is nothing to be ashamed of.

When Luca Guadagnino made Dakota Johnson 'uncomfortable'

Actress Dakota Johnson looked uncomfortable due to director Luca Guadagnino's "unfortunate" hand placement at a movie photocall of "Suspiria" at Venice Film Festival.

The 28-year-old looked down and pulled a face as Guadagnino's hand was placed a little too near to her breast, reports suggest so.

However, there is nothing to suggest that this was intentional - and the placement could appear worse due to the camera angle. It is not known if any words were said alongside this moment.

MailOnline had contacted a representative for Johnson and Guadagnino for comment.

On the film, Johnson had recently revealed she had to work hard to prepare for the erotic Fifty Shades, but it was nothing compared to the physical demands of Suspiria.

The movie is a horror in which much of the fear comes through her ability to dance like a woman possessed.

Trolling doesn't affect Hailey Baldwin

Pop star Justin Bieber’s fiancee Hailey Baldwin says she is not letting herself get too caught up in what the haters have to say about her relationship with the "Sorry" singer.

"I'm beyond excited," the 21-year-old model, who is engaged to marry Bieber, told Australia's Stellar magazine, reports people.com.

The couple got engaged during a romantic vacation to the Bahamas on 7 July and confirmed the news on social media two days after the proposal.

Though the couple has barely spent a day apart since getting engaged, they recently decided to push back their wedding plans, according to a source close to them.
