Bhansali film, a catalyst to Farah-Boman friendship

Eros International and Bhansali Productions’ Boman Irani and Farah Khan-starrer Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi has played a catalyst to a budding friendship shared by the lead stars. The director-turned-actor and her co-star share such a warm rapport that the two have looked out for each other during the making and promotions of the film. Says a source “Farah Khan, who is focusing on getting fit, was careful not just about her diet but also that of Boman’s and director Bela Sehgal’s. She made sure she kept away from all sorts of junk and high-calorie food and ensured that her co-star and director ate healthy.” Farah, being not a typical actress, didn’t really pay attention to her hair and makeup but was more focused on the scene in hand. It was Boman who actually looked out for her and kept a check on her; he would guide her through things. “Throughout the course of the film they have really grown close as friends,” adds the source. Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi is scheduled to release on 24 August 2012.
