Bhushan Kumar reveals about Kartik Aaryan and Tripti Dimri's collaboration; reacts to Sandeep Vanga's Tweet

Hindi film industry producer Bhushan Kumar is busy with the interviews after the sucess of his movie Srikanth, in which he revealed all about his upcoming projects.

MUMBAI: Srikanth, the film directed by Bhushan Kumar has managed to do good business at the box office. The success of RajKummar Rao films and to celebrate it the director has been giving a series of interview. In an interview, he opened up on his next film, casting Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri and directed by Anurag Basu.

The same team was earlier going to be seen in Aashiqui 3. Bhushan Kumar, in this interview, clarified, ‘We are not making Aashiqui right now but we are working on another movie which we are starting in July. It’ll be directed by Anurag Basu.’ He further said,’The name ‘Aashiqui’ is not there for this film. When we were making Aashiqui 3, it was not working out. So, now we are making another romantic movie which Anurag dada is directing. Kartik and Triptii are a part of it.’

Kartik Aaryan and Tripti Dimri are also collaborating together in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which is produced by Bhushan Kumar. Bhushan and Triptii earlier worked together on the 2023 blockbuster Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

Bhushan Kumar said, 'So many debates keep happening over the film. Even today, I see somebody or the other talking about it. It’s good for us. The moment people resume talking about it or making jokes, it picks up on Netflix again. It comes back in the top 10 list!'

when he was asked that if he was okay with the memes on Animal movie, 'Yeah, absolutely. Sometimes, my director is not and he replies too much! I keep explaining to him, ‘Don’t bother. It’s benefiting our film.'

He added, 'All said and done. Animal has become a cult film. Everybody is waiting for the second part. We have done Rs. 900 crores of gross business worldwide. Hence, if people want to talk, let them do so. It doesn’t bother us.'

After the blockbuster movie animal, Bhushan Kumar and Sandeep Reddy Vanga will join collaborate for Animal’s sequel, Animal Park, Spirit with Prabhas and a film with Allu Arjun.
