Big breakthrough in SSR death probe: Finally! Siddarth Pithani to turn witness, to record his statement under 164 CrPC

Siddarth will turn witness in the case.

MUMBAI: The Sushant Singh Rajput case is one of the most talked-about ones in the nation, and the CBI is investigating it. The team is examining all angles.

As per Times Now, key witness Siddarth Pithani might turn into an approver and might record his statement under 164 CrPC. Under this section, the statements will be recorded in front of the Judicial Magistrate and it can be accepted as evidence in the court.

This could be a major breakthrough in the SSR case. Siddarth had revealed that on June 13th, a few people had visited SSR’s home. 

Siddarth is one of the most crucial people in the case as he was present at the house during SSR’s demise and he claimed that he was the one who saw SSR hanging and brought the body down.

Well, major developments happening in the SSR case. It seems like the actor and his family will soon get justice.
