MUMBAI: The Sushant Singh Rajput case is one of the most high-profile cases in the country and four agencies are probing it.
In the last few days, there were reports suggesting the CBI will be adding 302 (murder charges) to the case and the suicide theory will be eliminated.

The team studied the autopsy reports and viscera reports provided by Cooper Hospital, which stated that the death happened due to asphyxia because of hanging and the AIIMS is supporting this theory.
There is no scientific or circumstantial evidence to prove it’s a murder, though the AIIMS have submitted their reports to CBI, and the team is probing all angles and aspects. As of now, there is no evidence of murder shown in the autopsy and viscera reports.
As the CBI intensifies the probe, they will be investigating in more detail, and until they don’t get strong evidence they won't be adding 302 (murder charge) to the case.
The CBI has also seized a laptop, a mobile phone, and hard disks but nothing concrete has come out of that evidence.
