MUMBAI: A few days ago, popular actor Govinda's son Yashvardhan met with a car accident in Juhu, near Amitabh Bachchan's bungalow Prateeksha. Luckily, the lad escaped major missing injuries and it was only his car's headlight that was damaged. And since both the parties mutually resolved the issue then and there, Govinda didn't file any complaint. Now, in an interview with Zee News, the Hero No.1 actor has revealed that the car the hit his son belonged to late Yash Chopra's wife Pamela Chopra.
Further, Govinda revealed that while two representatives from Yash Raj Films (YRF) were present in the police station, he is quite shocked to not receive a single call from the production house yet. "The car belonged to Yash Chopra's wife Pamela Chopra. I was shocked that they haven’t called me so far. Maybe they will call later," said Govinda to Zee News Hindi. He continued that YRF's managers were present in the police station and since asked for an apology, Govinda forgave them. He also stated that he didn't escalate the matter as he shares a personal rapport with YRF.

Yash Raj Films' production manager Rishabh Chopra and Akshay were at the police station with us. They asked for an apology, so I forgave them," added Govinda.
