MUMBAI: Actress Deepika Padukone has amazed everyone with her performance in movies like Goliyo Ki Raasleela Ram-leela, Piku, Race 2, Padmavat, Bajirao Mastani and many more.
The actress has won over the international audiences when she appeared in the English movie, XXX: Return Of Xander Cage, wherein she appeared alongside Vin Diesel who is famously known as Toretto from The Fast and The Furious franchise.

Deepika Padukone makes headlines for various reasons like her fashion, her appearances in events, her pregnancy and her gorgeous looks. After the super success of Pathaan, Deepika also added another feather to her cap by being one of the presenters at The Academy Awards 2023. After which, the actress was seen in Jawan, where the actress played an extended cameo in the movie and stole everyone’s heart. She was then seen in Fighter wherein she appeared alongside Hrithik Roshan. Recently she was seen in Kalki 2898 AD, the pan-Indian movie directed by Nag Ashwin where other than her we can also see Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, and Amitabh Bachchan.
Kalki 2898 AD is still running in theatres and has entered the 1000 Cr club already, becoming an unstoppable blockbuster at the box office.

Om Shanti Om
Directed by Farah Khan, this movie marked Deepika Padukone’s debut and she surely won the hearts of the audience playing the female lead opposite Shah Rukh Khan. The movie also featured Arjun Rampal and Shreyas Talpade. The movie was set in the 90s and told the story of a revenge that went beyond a lifetime. In the movie, we see Deepika Padukone as an actress, facing an unfortunate tragedy when she gets trapped and burned by Arjun Rampal’s character.
Happy New Year
Once again directed by Farah Khan, and once again seeing Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone pair-up, this 2014 movie entertained a lot of people in the audience. However, there is one memorable song from the movie which we cannot forget wherein fire played a significant role – Manwa Laage. Every time we see Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone together, a fire starts burning and goes out of control.
Jawan
Directed by Atlee, this movie showed Shah Rukh Khan in dual roles. While one character played the son, paired-up with Nayanthara, the other played the role of a father, paired-up with Deepika Padukone. In the movie, we see how Deepika Padukone once again faces an unfortunate tragedy and gets caught up in fire while trying to save her child.
Kalki 2898 AD
Last but not the least, Kalki 2898 AD, directed by Nag Ashwin, showed Deepika Padukone in one of the most unique avatars where she played the role of a woman who is secretly pregnant and tries to save her unborn child from Supreme Yaskin and her men. On finding out about her pregnancy, people of complex try to get their hands on her while she tries to escape but there comes a moment when she has to go through a tunnel of fire. Deepika Padukone surely goes through the fire and escapes from the tunnel.
