Don 3: Ranveer Singh starrer production delayed as Farhan Akhtar signs Razneesh Ghai’s upcoming action Film

Now, Farhan Akhtar who will be directing Don 3 has signed an upcoming action film with Razneesh Ghai due to which the Ranveer Singh starrer has been delayed.

MUMBAI : Don 3 has been making headlines ever since it was announced. Everyone was left shocked after Ranveer Singh was announced as the next Don in the film’s 3rd instalment, which meant Shah Rukh Khan would no longer continue the legacy of his last 2 Don instalments. Kiara Advani would be joining him as his leading lady and there are also speculations that Janhvi Kapoor might step into Kareena Kapoor Khan’s shoes in the role she played in the 1st Don.

Now, Farhan Akhtar who will be directing Don 3 has signed an upcoming action film with Razneesh Ghai due to which the Ranveer Singh starrer has been delayed. Don was scheduled to start shooting in December while the Dhaakad director’s film was to commence in June.

Also, the untitled action film will be produced under Farhan’s Excel Entertainment banner, besides the incomplete script is also another reason why the film is being delayed.

There is however no confirmation on this development yet.
