After proving his mettle in comedy, Kapil stepped into the acting world. 

The actor is now gearing up for his new project. 

Popular writer and director Nandita Das has roped in the ace comedian for her upcoming directorial. 

Kapil had shared this great news with his fans on social media. 

Well, now, we have an exclusive update that popular Bollywood divas Shahana Goswami and Gul Panag have been roped in for the movie. 

Gul and Shahana will be seen playing cameos in the film. 

Nothing much has been known about Gul and Shahana's roles in the movie yet. 

Kapil has previously appeared in the 2015 film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon, directed by Abbas Mustan and then appeared in a 2017 film titled Firangi. 

The Nandita Das film, produced by Applause Entertainment, marks Kapil’s return to the silver screen. 

Nandita has previously directed films like Manto and Firaaq.
