The actor is currently getting some amazing response for his recently released movie titled Mission Raniganj where the actor has played a real life Hero Jaswant Singh Gill who has rescued 71 coal miners in Raniganj in 1989.
During the media interaction, the actor expressed his gratitude and said the movie is getting some amazing response and he is thankful to the fans and audience who are loving the movie. The actor was also asked about whether he has any box office pressure as movies like Jawan and Gadar 2 have already set a benchmark, to which Akshay Kumar says that he would want people to encourage him to make relevant movies and movies which celebrates the real life unsung heroes regardless of the box office pressure.
Talking about some great times in the industry the actor says he is really happy to see few movies doing very well at the Indian Box office and there was a time where the industry was facing a rough patch just after the lockdown but all the theories have been flopped and he is really happy that the industry has revived.

Talking about what the actor sees in the script before saying yes today after 32 years, Akshay Kumar says that he looks at the script that should be good enough and that should be relevant, the actor also says that he looks at the story which should touch his heart.
