Actor par excellence Farhan Akhtar has been really going places after the tremendous success of Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. News now trickles in that he has been invited to take a master class at a film festival in London.
The event is believed to be a part of British Film Institute (BFI) special 'in conversation' program with the London Indian Film Festival which also happens to be Europe's biggest independent film festival.
The festival commences from 10 July and ends on 17 July. Farhan Akhtar, who is scheduled to be shooting for his sister Zoya Akhtar’s Dil Dhadakne Do at that time has been granted a 'two day off' to attend the film festival on 16 July and be back by 18th.
Sources reveal that due to Farhan’s multi-faceted personality, the subject of the conversation at this event has not yet been defined and Farhan would be given a free hand in talking about everything he desires. So apart from sharing his valuable knowledge and experiences on films and the craft of filmmaking, it is believed that Farhan would also be talking about acting, singing and writing.
Big names from the international industry have earlier been associated with the BFI before and Farhan was reportedly delighted after an invitation was extended him this time around.
When contacted, Farhan’s spokesperson confirmed the news.
