MUMBAI: Alia Bhatt recently responded to Kangana Ranaut’s criticism against a little girl who imitated her dialogue from her upcoming film, ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ in a viral video on social media.
There have been several reels made on Alia Bhatt's famous dialogues from the film. However, one video of the little girl imitating Alia has gone viral and everyone showered their love on the little one except Kangana Ranaut. She objected to the video claiming that the film talks about prostitution and it's not correct for the little girl to follow this. To this, Alia said, " I thought it was very cute. I am assuming that it’s not done without the supervision of an elder. If the elder, who’s hopefully, her mother or father or sister or a loved one, is okay with it, then I don’t think we should have any issues with it as people."
Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali's new film Gangubai Kathiawadi will release as scheduled tomorrow, the Supreme Court has decided. The court has dismissed a plea by Babu Ravji Shah, who claims to be the adopted son of the real Gangubai. He claimed that the film is defamatory. He sought an injunction against the film's producers, actress Alia Bhatt and authors S Hussain Zaidi and Jane Borges, who wrote the book on which the film is based.
