MUMBIA: After the SSR demise case and the Grug probe by the NCB, we have seen the Drug chapter is still continuing in Bollywood, and recently on November 9, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) conducted a raid at the premises of Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal in Mumbai. The NCB has been probing an alleged drug nexus in Bollywood, and after the raid conducted at Arjun Rampal’s house, he and his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades were summoned by the agency for questioning in a drug-related case. Now, Gabriella Demetriades reached the NCB office on Wednesday morning.

Videos and pictures have surfaced on social media, and they show a crowd gathered around the NCB office as Gabriella made her way inside the office along with a female officer. Last month, Gabriella’s brother Agisilaos Demetriades was arrested by the NCB at a resort in Lonavala, and as per reports, he was allegedly in touch with drug peddlers who had supplied drugs to Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showik. Showik was arrested by the NCB who was probing the drug angle in Sushant Singh Rajput case.

Meanwhile, after Arjun Rampal’s house was raided, Times Of India reported that the NCB found medicines falling under the NDPS Act. Times Of India quoted NCB official Sameer Wankhede saying in a statement, "Reports about nothing was recovered is not true, we conducted searches and found medicines that fall under the NDPS act. We have summoned Arjun Rampal and his girlfriend Gabriella to the NCB on November 11 and November 12.”
