MUMBAI: Veteran actor Govinda recently made headlines for married life as there were rumors that his married life is in trouble and he is soon going to be divorced. However, there came no confirmation about it and rumors were left as merely rumors. Later, there came a confirmation from one of his secretaries , Shashi Sinha that everything’s fine in his married life.

According to the latest reports from Vickey Lalwani, earlier today at 4.15pm, Govinda’s secretary Shashi Prabhu passed away. Shashi Prabhu died at his residence and Govinda visited the house to offer his condolences to the family members.
However, there’s another blunder now from the media’s side. Well, Govinda has two secretaries named Shashi Prabhu and Shashi Sinha but the reports informed, or rather misinformed that Shashi Sinha has passed instead of Shashi Prabhu. The confusion occurred with two secretaries having the same first names.
When Vickey Lalwani spoke to Shashi Sinha about it, he was amused by the error made by so many sections of media and said, “Shashi Prabhu has passed away. I am hale and hearty.” Sinha also added, “Prabhu had a cardiac problem and had undergone a surgery four days ago. Today he fell in the bathroom and when his family and friends picked him up, he was not responding at all”
Shashi Prabhu was associated with Govinda since his first film Ilzaam and became his right hand. The funeral took place today at around 10pm.
