MUMBAI: Delhi boy Himansh Kohli took the first flight home as soon as the domestic fights services resumed. And that's not it. Once the Unlock 1.0 was announced, he even got himself a French bulldog, who is lovingly called Donut Kohli. The "Yaariyan" actor is a dog lover and revealed that his furry baby is named such because of his love for donuts, and added, "He looks so cute, almost like a chocolatey decadent donut."
Himansh had four dogs in the past who were called Mojo, Muffin, Eldo and Perdy. He agrees that dogs are a man's best friend and even suggested people suffering from loneliness to get themselves a pet. "I feel at much peace when my doggo is around. Sometimes, we start talking things to our pet and treat them like any other family member — it's pretty therapeutic. I personally feel that pets are happiness-givers and cheer us up so much in the worst of our moods. If you face loneliness or can't trust people, then you must get pets. Just a suggestion," he said.
But when asked how he is taking care of Donut during the current COVID times, he quipped, "Nothing special. Just usual precautions. But, since he doesn't really go out so no social distancing norms or masks for him."Himansh, who will soon be seen in "Boondi Raita", keeps updating Donut's pics on his Instagram handle. And by the way, Donut has an Instagram account of his own. Go check out their Instagram handles for a pawsome time. Himansh even got hair oiling done by father Vipin Kohli. Talk about the advantage of being in your hometown Delhi.
