“If I had to pick a match-winning player, it would be Jasprit Bumrah – he is one of the finest players we have”: Disha Patani

MUMBAI: Bollywood heartthrobs Disha Patani and Aditya Roy Kapur will join Nerolac Cricket Live on the Star Sports Network discussing cricket and Bollywood ahead of the fifth and final T20I between India and New Zealand. 

Disha Patani and Aditya Roy Kapur, who are starring in the romantic-thriller ‘Malang’, will talk about their passion for cricket and discuss the India vs New Zealand series with Star Sports experts. The Malang stars will feature on the pre-show of the fifth T20I of New Zealand vs India series on Sunday 2nd February 2020 at 11AM IST. 

Prior to their visit to the studios for Star Sports’ pre show Nerolac Cricket Live, the stars spoke about the Indian cricketer they are rooting for.

Kunal Khemu shared his thoughts on Rohit Sharma’s classy batting skills, “Rohit Sharma is the ‘Hitman’ of Team India - his confidence on the pitch is remarkable. He’s a batting maestro who fearlessly attempts big shots and successfully scores match-winning runs for the team.”

Aditya Roy Kapur roots for KL Rahul ahead of the final T20I between India and New Zealand, “KL rahul is an outstanding all-round cricketer, so easy on the eye. He makes watching the game a pleasure. Can’t wait to watch India take on New Zealand in this last one.”

Disha Patani is fascinated by Jasprit Bumrah and his commitment towards the game, “If I had to pick a match-winning player, it would be Jasprit Bumrah. He is one of the finest players we have.  It will be a proud moment for all of us on 2nd Feb, while Bumrah takes down the Kiwis.”

Anil Kapoor supports the ‘Boss’ of Team India, “Virat Kohli is Sabka Boss! His passion steals the game from any opponent. The Malang cast will celebrate India’s victory today, post-match.”
