IPL scam: Raj Kundra named in IPL probe report by Supreme Court

Shilpa Shetty's businessman husband, Raj Kundra seems to have landed in some fresh trouble courtesy IPL. The co-owner of Rajasthan Royals, Raj was among the few others whose names were disclosed by the Supreme Court today. They were investigated by the court-appointed inquiry panel for corruption in IPL. Raj and others will be served notices to explain their standpoint. The next hearing will be on November 24. The judges today said, “We have the seen the report. It does suggest some misdemeanor. We can’t withhold the report. For the present, we will keep the players out and will disclose only the non-players." The judges had accidentally named three players but later asked the media to "act responsibly." The Supreme Court is examining a probe report submitted by a panel headed by retired judge Justice Mukul Mudgal. Raj couldn't be immediately reached for a comment.
