Irrfan Khan's son Babil took to social media to share a video and thank everyone who showered love and support post his father's demise

MUMBAI: Irrfan Khan was one of the finest stars ever produced by Indian Cinema. He was an actor par-excellence and the dedication he demonstrated for his love for cinema spoke volumes. Centuries may go by, but we may not find another Irrfan Khan. The actor passed away in the month of April after putting up a brave fight with cancer. Call it irony or what, he passed away just a few days after his mother left for her heavenly abode. Now, it is his son Babil, who is sharing some unseen pictures and videos of the late actor on social media, in his remembrance. However, his latest social media post is for all his fans out there.

Babil shared a video on his Instagram account, thanking all those who supported and showered love on him post the demise of his father. In the video, he says that all the love that he received from fans did not make him feel alone. He captioned this video as, "I’m not even judging this decision anymore, f**k it, like saying thank you should never feel wrong, especially just cause you think you don’t look cool :P शॉर्ट में शुक्रिया बोल रहाँ हूँ, आपके सहारे खेलिए, इस अजीब सफ़र में।

Earlier, Babil had penned his thoughts about Bollywood not receiving respect in World Cinema. He wrote a long piece describing how audiences fail to evolve and accept mediocrity. He even wrote about his father Irrfan Khan facing defeat at the box office by 'hunks with abs'.
