MUMBAI: Shah Rukh Khan has turned the nation into a film enthusiast with Jawan's box office success and return of the lucky charm to the Bollywood film industry. After Pathaan, the movie became the second of the Khan's to reach the 500 crore club in India in just 13 days.
SRK has handed Bollywood the fastest film to reach the 500 crore club at the Indian box office, following the 500 crore leap of Pathaan and Gadar 2. In just 13 days, the Atlee movie has earned a place in the elite club, surpassing Pathaan's 22-day feat.

After a spectacular first week following its Janmashtami release, Jawan experienced a second surge over the second weekend. After the weekend box office results, it quickly moved above the Rs 75-crore mark in India and entered the Rs 300-crore club. The movie made Rs 286.16 crores throughout the course of the four-day weekend.
While Jawan takes satisfaction in being the quickest Bollywood film to join the 500 crore club, it still trails the South Indian heavyweights at the top of the list, finishing in fourth place.
