‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire?' to return in 2019

Popular quiz show Who Wants to be a Millionaire? is returning to the small screen with its new season in 2019.

Jeremy Clarkson, who has earlier presented the game show's 20th anniversary this year, will once again don the host's hat for a 10-episode series early next year, reports variety.com.

Excited about the show, Clarkson said, "I absolutely loved hosting the anniversary shows and cannot wait to spend a few precious hours away from James May and Richard Hammond, making the new ones."

Being produced by Sony Pictures Television, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? was originally hosted by Chris Tarrant and ran between 1998 and 2014.

Oritse Williams charged with raping fan

Former JLS band member Oritse Williams has been charged with raping a fan in a hotel room.

The London-born pop singer, 31, allegedly sexually assaulted the 20-year-old waitress after performing at a gig in Wolverhampton, reportsmirror.co.uk.

He was arrested on 2 December 2016, and subsequently bailed twice. His friend, Jamien Nagadhana, has also been charged with sexual assault over the same alleged attack in December 2016.

On Thursday night West Midlands Police said, "Police have charged two men with sexual offences following an allegation of rape at a Wolverhampton hotel in December 2016.

"Oritse Williams, aged 31, from Croydon, London, has been charged with rape. Jamien Nagadhana, aged 31, from Hounslow, London, has been charged with assault by penetration."

Both men are due to appear at Walsall and Aldridge Magistrates Court on 11 October.

Following his initial arrest, his management issued a statement in which he denied any wrongdoing.

They told a leading publication, "Oritse denies the allegations against him. The matter is in the hands of the police and it would be totally wrong for us to comment any further."

He is yet to comment on the charge.

Following the pop star's performance at a club to promote an album, the woman and a friend reportedly went back to his hotel where the alleged assault took place.

"She and her friend are massive JLS and Oritse fans," a source said.

"They agreed to go back to his hotel with him and a friend he was with."

After the band broke up in 2013, Williams started his own entertainment company and released his first solo track in June 2015.

Justin Bieber, Hailey Baldwin discuss marriage

Pop singer Justin Bieber and his fiancee, model Hailey Baldwin, were spotted at the Marriage Bureau here, where marriage licenses are issued.

Several eyewitnesses saw the couple inside the Marriage Bureau on Thursday, where Bieber was crying and allegedly told Baldwin that he could not wait to marry her, reports suggest so.

Also, in a photo obtained by a leading portal, the lovebirds were spotted walking hand-in-hand into the building, and Baldwin can be seen wearing a white ensemble while Bieber opted striped shirt and dark pants for the occasion.

While their courthouse appearance certainly raises eyebrows, a friend of Bieber told that couple's wedding is still in the works.

He said, "They have hired a wedding planner and have been looking at venues. The plan for now is to have a real wedding."

Bieber and Baldwin got engaged in July, and since then the couple has been in news.

Kyra Sedgwick to direct supernatural love story

American actress Kyra Sedgwick will direct the independent supernatural love story The Way Between from a script by Academy Award-winner Jennifer Lee.

Casting will begin shortly, reports suggest so.

The Way Between centres on a man who loses his girlfriend in a tragic car accident but finds a way to reconnect with his beloved by bending the laws of reality. His unwillingness to let her go soon blurs his waking life and his intersecting world of dreams.

"From the moment I read The Way Between, I was captivated by this deeply romantic and universal story of love, sacrifice, empathy and ‘finding your way,'" Sedgwick said.

Sedgwick made her directorial debut with Story of a Girl for Lifetime, which received a Directors Guild of America nomination in the television and miniseries category.

Lee won her Oscar as the writer and director of the 2013 Disney animated feature Frozen. She currently serves as the chief creative officer of Walt Disney Animation Studios.

John Legend joins 'The Voice' season 16 as coach

Singer John Legend is joining American singing competition television series The Voice season 16 as a coach.

Legend will take over the spot currently held by Jennifer Hudson, who will serve as a coach on Season 15, which debuts on 24 September, reports suggest so.

The new season will launch this spring. Legend joins returning coaches Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, besides host Carson Daly.

"I'm thrilled to join the coaches of The Voice. I have been a guest and mentor on the show multiple times and I am so excited to discover talented singers and help them make the most of their gift. I hope the world is ready for Team JL," he said.

The news comes just days after Legend joined the distinguished group of EGOT winners, or those who have won an Emmy, Oscar, Grammy and Tony Award.

Legend cinched his EGOT with an Emmy win last week as a producer of "Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert", and took home the award for best live variety special.

He previously won an Oscar for his original song "Glory" (co-written by Common) from the movie Selma.

His Tony win came in 2017 as producer of August Wilson's Jitney, which was won for Best Revival of a Play. Legend has also won 10 Grammy Awards throughout his career.

Kate Moss felt 'pressure' to pose topless as teen model

Supermodel Kate Moss revealed that she does not feel comfortable taking her clothes during the shoots.

During an appearance on Megyn Kelly Today, the 44-year-old said she was constantly urged to pose topless after being discovered as a young teenager, reports suggest so.

She said, "Yes, there was pressure. I worked with a woman photographer called Corinne Day and she always liked me with no top on and I did not like it at all when I first started."

Moss, who featured nude in the iconic Calvin Klein Obsession perfume advertisement, feels uncomfortable with baring it all for the camera.

"I still always was like ‘Can I just put some clothes on?' But, you know, that was the job, so I kind of just did it," she added.

Moss also has a piece of advice for aspiring models who might face similar pressure in future.

"They don't have to do it if they don't want to do it. I wouldn't let my daughter do it. I look at her now and she's 15, and to think that I was going topless at her age is crazy."

Zephyr Teachout triggers Cardi B for confirmation

Attorney general candidate Zephyr Teachout made a barely veiled request for support from rapper Cardi B.

Teachout praised Cardi just minutes after the "Bodak yellow" singer's rival Nicki Minaj supported Teachout's opponent Tish James, reports suggest so.

She took to Twitter and wrote: "I loved Cardi B when I was seven months pregnant in Coachella. Pregnancy is not a handicap, motherhood should not be an obstacle to success."

Earlier, Minaj, who is in the midst of a bitter feud with Cardi, threw her support behind Jam.

Minaj said, "New Yorkers and all NYCHA residents it’s time to get justice, vote for Gov. Cuomo, Lt. Gov. Hochul and Tish James.

"They know how to work for the people to make New York even greater. Spread the word. See you at the Polls."

John Legend wants to make life better

Singer John Legend loves his life and hopes his work can make "people's lives a little better".

"I love being a father, (and) I love being a husband. I love just being a musician and getting to do what I love to do every day, which is write and perform songs and hopefully make people's lives a little better by the music and art that we create," Legend told Entertainment Tonight.

The "All of Me" hitmaker became one of the elite group of artists to achieve the EGOT - winning an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony award - when he picked up a Creative Arts Emmy for his work as producer on "Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert" but he is crediting his achievement to his friend and collaborator Common, who he worked with on "Glory", their Academy Award-winning song from 2014 drama Selma.

I would not have an EGOT without Common. (It wouldn't have been possible) without Selma and that song."
