He fights to hold on to Meera's picture, after being beaten. He bleeds blood with emotions. He realises he has lost the person who meant the world to him.
Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani
Post, Ranbir Kapoor tells the iconic dialogue of "Main udna chahta hoon', he realises that home is coming back to Naina (Deepika Padukone). Bunny's realisation point is that there is no point in travelling the world if he does not have someone to spend time with. When Naina and Bunny unite, the scene is emotional even when he realises he wants to spend the rest of his life with Naina.
Kal Ho Naa Ho
SRK plays the role of Aman Mathur who despite battling cancer saves an NRI family in trouble. He believes in the theory of living life to the fullest, he falls in love with Naina (Preity Zinta). He knows he is terminally ill and so wants someone who can love Preity as he did. His moving scenes, especially where he reads Rohit's (Saif Ali Khan's) blank diary. He indirectly confesses his love for Naina.
