MUMBAI: Kriti Kharbanda and Pulkit Samrat have always been adored for their chemistry, but their unwavering support for meaningful storytelling makes them stand out even more. The couple recently celebrated TAPS, a powerful LGBTQ+ relationship drama marking Ullas Samrat’s acting debut. Directed by Arvind Caulagi and produced by Sudhanshu Saria, the short film has already made waves at the Kashish Mumbai International Queer Film Festival.
Sharing their excitement on social media, Kriti and Pulkit unveiled the film’s second poster with a heartfelt message:
“Kriti and I couldn’t be prouder of Ullas and the entire team of TAPS! Watch it now on YouTube and help us spread the love.”
Their post also gave a shoutout to director Arvind Caulagi, co-star Rohit Mehra, and producers Lotus Visual Productions, Kashish Film Festival, and Four Line Films. They also expressed gratitude to Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha for presenting the film, adding a fun Fukrey reference to their message.
By championing TAPS, Kriti and Pulkit are not just supporting family—they’re using their platform to amplify a heartfelt story of love and acceptance. Their genuine allyship reinforces the importance of representation, proving once again that cinema has the power to create real change.
