London Thumakda singer Labh Janjua found dead

Bollywood singer Labh Janjua known for popular songs like London Thumakda and Jee Karda is no more. In a tragic happening, he was found dead at his residence in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon, Mumbai today morning (22 October). As per reports in the media, his domestic help came to his home in morning but received no response on ringing the doir bell. Labh's friend who stays in the same society was informed, who reached their with a lock smith and police. After the door was forcefully open, they found Labh's body. Bangur Nagar Police senior inspector Santosh Bhandare has been quoted saying, "He was found unconscious on his bed. We do not suspect any foul play. However, the post-mortem report will give a clear picture. Probe is on to find out whether there is anything wrong." Labh had returned from a world tour three days back. He was last seen by his neighbours on Wednesday evening. He was suffering from high diabetes and was returning from the doctor, when building residents saw him. His wife and 10 year old son were in Chandigarh. On being informed about his death, they have flown down with other family members. Labh is known for songs like, ‘Mundiyaan Toh Bach Ke’, ‘Jee Karda’, ‘Dance Pe Chance’, ‘Soni De Nakhre’, ‘London Thumakda’ and ‘Dil Kare Chu Chain'.
