MUMBAI: It was in 2014 when Avinash Tiwary made his acting debut with TV series titled Yudh. He was then seen in Tu Hai Mera Sunday (2016) and gained fame with Laila Majnu (2018) and now with Madgaon Express which has made a smashing hit in theatres. The actor essays Ayush in Kunal Kemmu’s directorial film Madgaon Express and has been getting love along with Pratik Gandhi and Divyenndu.
During an exclusive conversation with TellyChakkar, Avinash was asked if he felt relieved after playing Ayush in Madgaon Express. As in Khakee: The Bihar Chapter the actor played Chandan Mahto, a villain and Qais opposite Tripti Dimri in Laila Majnu.
Avinash said, "I do not know if it was a relief but it was definitely liberating to an extent. In a way, all the other parts were taxing for me as a person. This one allowed me to have a breath of fresh hair. It was liberating and allowed me to not be taxed by the intensity of all the other characters I played, which is what it does for the audience. When you go and watch a film like this, it kind of liberates you, allows you to have fun, a great time for those couple of hours you are watching the film. I had the same kind of feeling while doing the film. I am so happy that it was translated by the end when audiences saw it and the reaction we have had for Madgaon Express is phenomenal. There is so much love and this is new for me. I had not experienced that in my career until now".
Well, it was on March 22 that Madgaon Express had hit the screens.
