MUMBAI: The excitement around Captain America: Brave New World continues to build as a new promotional video highlights Harrison Ford’s monumental MCU Debut. Stepping into the role of Thaddeus Ross, Ford not only takes on the mantle of the U.S. President but also transforms into the fearsome Red Hulk that we all have been waiting for. This marks a significant chapter in Ross’ MCU journey and sets the stage for a transformative chapter in the Hulk’s iconic rivalry. Ford’s performance promises to redefine the character and deliver a compelling dynamic opposite Anthony Mackie’s Captain America.
In the promo, Marvel Studios’ head Kevin Feige shared insights on casting Harrison Ford as President Ross in Captain America: Brave New World. Kevin shared his experience and
stated how it was “One of the many pitch-yourself moments”. Further to which Harrison Ford revealed the real reason for joining the Marvel Universe, he shared that “I had seen actors in the Marvel movies having a really good time, and I thought well... maybe I ought to get me some of that."
In addition to this Anthony Mackie, the Captain America also shared his experience working alongside Harrison Ford, Mackie stated that "Harrison was cool, and he was great. And it was really interesting to see him sculpting a character in a world this big. I couldn't put a price on that lesson."
The most anticipated film “Captain America: Brave New World” is set to release on Valentine’s day on Feb 14. Under the direction of Julius Onah, Captain America: Brave New World features a powerful lineup of stars such as Anthony Mackie, Harrison Ford, Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, Carl Lumbly, Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler and Tim Blake Nelson. Kevin Feige and Nate Moore lead the production team, this star-studded team creates an immense excitement and buzz among Marvel fans.
