Now, the actor is all set for a comedy movie ‘Mere Husband Ki Biwi’ and to make things even more exciting, the movie will feature Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet Singh as female leads.

Bhumi Pednekar has been winning hearts since the moment she has entered the Hindi movie industry, be it with her performance in Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Pati Patni Aur Woh, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha or Saand Ki Aankh. The actress always gives her best and never fails to amaze us.

On the other hand, Rakul Preet Singh, who got married in February last year will feature in her first Hindi movie after her wedding and there’s no doubt about her making her presence as she has always made her name in the trends on social media with her pictures and social media posts.

Now, in an exclusive interview with Tellychakkar, Bhumi Pednekar talked about one of the most loved actors of the Hindi movie industry, Govinda and said that we will never have another actor like him.

It was pointed out that one common factor in all of David Dhawan movies was Govinda. When asked if she thinks we could ever get another actor like him, Bhumi Pednekar said, “The thing is artists like Govinda sir are once in a generation. Kisi ko bhi unke saath compare karna toh ho hi nahi sakta. You can’t put anybody in the same sentence as Govinda sir. People can attempt but it’s not going to happen.”

When pointed out how Kartik Aaryan does a great job, Bhumi agreed and said, “Kartik is great with comedy. Akshay sir is great with comedy. They are fantastic because I personally enjoy seeing them in comedic roles but Govinda sir is an institution in himself toh woh ek legend hai yaar.”

Mere Husband Ki Biwi is directed by Mudassar Aziz and stars Arjun Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Rakul Preet Singh. The movie is all set to hit the big screens on 21st February.
