MUMBAI: Who doesn’t know ‘The Lion King’. The story of Mufasa’s sacrifice for his son Simba whose journey brings him enlightenment and strength so one day when he faces his father’s killer, Scar, he can take over the throne from him.
Hakuna Matata – A mantra that was first introduced as the essence of the story, later became a moral lesson for fans. Now, Disney has come with ‘Mufasa: The Lion King’, a story about what made Mufasa, the true king in the first place and how Taka became Scar.
In the Hindi version, Shah Rukh Khan gave his voice for the character of Mufasa while in Telugu, it was Mahesh Babu as Mufasa. For SRK fans, this was an amazing treat as they got to hear Aryan and Abram khan as well and this union of SRK with his 2 kids was just like a dream come true for fans.
