MUMBAI: There are a lot of projects being made. The entertainment medium has now expanded and there is a lot of new content coming on the television medium, the OTT space and also the 70mm screens.

Now, there is a new film which is in the works.

ACjee Entertainment will roll out a new film titled Murdabad.

The film is based on a drama laden with mystery around a murder and a series of blame games. The film will star Animal fame and actress Saloni Batra and Nakul Sahdev in the leading roles. Nakul got his 70-mm break with Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh in Gully Boy. On television, he has been a part of the epic saga of Mahabharat, MTV Fanaah and many other projects.

Credible sources inform us that actress Meenakshi Chugh will also feature in the project.

Meenakshi is known for her stint in projects in the likes of Star Plus show Imlie, Khakee: The Bihar Chapter, and The Kashmir Files among others. Meenakshi is also a series based  on the historic Jallianwala Bagh massacre, which took place on April 13, 1919.
