Shakti Kapoor has been in news for all injured reasons. First, the actor reportedly broke his leg while shooting for Shimla Mirchi. He had his leg wrapped around in a cast for some days. A few days later and even graver tragedy struck when some miscreant allegedly plucked out his ear studs so viciously that his ear lobe split into two.
The incident is said to have occurred while he was filming for Kya Kool Hain Hum 3 in Kanpur. Apparently, the stud was worth 5 lakhs and gifted to him by his actress daughter Shraddha Kapoor.
Says a source, “The incident happened on the 7th of Feb. Shakti was in in Kanpur, when he was welcomed by a humongous crowd. They were all happy to him and many of them tried to close in on the star, screaming for his autographs and picture, when someone from the crowd pulled Shakti`s ear. Shakti grimaced in pain as his ear lobe split into two and started bleeding profusely.”
Surprisingly, despite an injury of this magnitude Shakti couldn’t get himself operated because he had to leave for Bangkok to shoot for Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3 immediately. “On reaching Bangkok, he underwent a cosmetic surgery. There, accompanied by the whole team of KKHH3, the actor Shakti got his earlobe stitched,” inform the source.
When we texted Shakti, the actor informed us that he’s fine.
