MUMBAI: The world is not falling in peace and while we are busy scrolling, there is unrest in almost every place of the world.
Kashmir is called ‘The Heaven on Earth’ but the situations over there do not really support this name. Yes, the sceneries are just as beautiful as heaven can be, but human lives are at stake.
This time, once again Kashmir has got into the grips of danger as the other day, India was deeply affected by videos and pictures of a terrorist attack that took place over there. As per reports, 28 people, including foreign tourists, were killed by terrorists.
The part that has got every human triggered in this case was how the terrorists targeted only Hindu males by checking their ID proofs, before shooting them cruelly.
Amidst all this, Navneet Malik, best known for his role in ‘The Freelancer’ series, voiced out his views on the unfortunate attack and said, “I am heartbroken by the news of the Pahalgam attack. Innocent lives lost in a place known for peace and beauty—it’s tragic and deeply disturbing.
He expressed his sadness and said, “My heart goes out to the families of those who lost their lives and to those who are injured. No one deserves to face such terror, especially not while traveling to enjoy the beauty of our country. Violence should never be the answer. We must come together, not only to condemn these acts but to support peace, compassion, and unity.”
He added, “May the souls of the departed rest in peace, and may strength find its way to every grieving heart.”
Navneet Malik has given some amazing performances till now which include Love Hostel, The Freelancer, Aankh Micholi and Deewaniyat among others. The actor is all set now to spread his magic in the upcoming movie ‘The Bhootnii’ starring Sanjay Dutt, Mouni Roy, Sunny Singh, Palak Tiwari, Beyounick, and Aasif Khan. The movie is directed by Siddhanth Kumar Sachdev and will hit the theaters on 1st May.
