MUMBAI: The wait is over! Aditya Chopra has finalised the script for Pathaan 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the 2023 blockbuster that took the world by storm.
Released in January 2023, Pathaan shattered box office records, cementing itself as one of the highest-grossing Indian films of all time. Now, the spy thriller is set to return with even more action, drama, and suspense!
The best part? Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone are officially reprising their iconic roles. Fans can expect to see them back in action when filming begins in early 2026. However, as per reports, there’s a major change behind the camera—while Siddharth Anand directed the first film, Pathaan 2 will be helmed by Brahmāstra director Ayan Mukerji.
