Within days of its release, A R Rahman’s Elay Keechan from the much awaited Mani Ratnam film Kadal has become the number 1 single on iTunes today. The song is said to have a unique sound; something that will definitely get fans singing in the first listen. The song features Gautham Karthik in the film. The 6 minute 10 seconds song has been penned by Madhan Karky. If that’s not all, Nenjukulle - the first single of Kadal, is currently at number 3 making two songs of the film rank among the top 5 singles of Tamil soundtracks.
