MUMBAI : As producer Ramesh Taurani is ready to reboot the well-liked action series, Saif Ali Khan is set to make a big comeback to the Race franchise with Race 4. The movie is reportedly scheduled to begin shooting in the first half of 2025, and the crew is now finalizing its script.

As per reports, Sidharth Malhotra to play a very suave and evil villain in Race 4. His villainous avatar to be ten times more dashing and evil than Akshaye Khanna and John Abraham in Race 1 and 2.
Previously, Pinkvilla had announced that Sidharth will be playing a great shade character in the film where their source revealed, “Staying true to the world of this franchise, the Race franchise is getting a reboot with a face-off between Saif and Sid. It’s a pure two-hero film, with both the characters having shades of grey.”
In addition to the main protagonists, Race 4 is anticipated to have a strong ensemble cast with all the excitement, suspense, and glamour that viewers have come to expect from the series. “Race 4 is being planned on a grand scale, and Ramesh Taurani and his team have full confidence in the potential of the franchise,” the insider said.
It is predicted that Saif and Sidharth will sign official contracts following the final narration of the script, which has been set around November 2024. However, both stars have shown a strong desire to bring the Race series back to life, guaranteeing moviegoers an exciting new experience.
