Rekha to star with Aditya Roy Kapur and Katrina Kaif in Fitoor

Abhishek Kapoor, he of Kai Po Che fame has achieved a real casting coup for his upcoming next Fitoor. For starters, he got an unusual lead romantic pair for his movie- heartthrob Aditya Roy Kapur romancing Katrina Kaif. And now joining them is none other than Bollywood's evergreen diva, the ageless Rekha. Now that's what we call a delectable star cast. The movie which is an adaptation of Charles Dickens' 'Great Expectations' will showcase the relationship between a young Kashmiri guy, Noor (Aditya), his attractive muse Firdaus (Katrina) and a fiery Begum (Rekha). The movie will be canned in Kashmir and some international destinations. Director Abhishek Kapoor was quoted saying that Fitoor is a way of blending challenging themes and engaging narratives. Siddharth Roy Kapur, Disney India's MD too stated that he was thrilled to help Abhishek give form to his love saga. Fitoor is being backed by UTV motion pictures and also has Abhishek's production house Guy In The Sky Pictures as a co-producer.
