Rhea Pillai levels domestic violence charge on Leander Paes

Former model Rhea Pillai has accused her estranged live-in partner Leander Paes and his father Dr. Vece Paes of domestic violence. A case under domestic violence was filed by Rhea in a local magistrate court on Saturday evening. In her complaint, Rhea has accused Leander’s father of preventing her and her daughter from entering their Carter Road residence. Rhea has requested the court to block any attempts from Leander's family to transfer this property to any third party. Furthermore, she has also sought a monthly maintenance of 3 lakh for herself and Rs. 90,000 for their daughter who is studying in one of the toniest schools of Mumbai. The magistrate has fixed 30 June as the date for Leader's appearance in court for the matter. Leander, believed to be in the US currently, couldn't be reached for a comment. Rhea too, remained unavailable for a statement.
