Yash Raj Films’ much-awaited romantic drama dropped its official teaser on Friday, and it has received an overwhelming response—from audiences to stars like Alia Bhatt and Shraddha Kapoor. Joining the growing list of admirers is acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Basu. Taking to X, showered praise on the teaser and its director Mohit Suri, calling it "outstanding" and affirming, “Mohit Suri never disappoints.”

Directed by Mohit Suri, Saiyaara marks the highly anticipated debut of Ahaan Panday and introduces Aneet Padda as the leading lady in a quintessential YRF love story. The teaser offers a glimpse into an emotionally intense romance, with glimpses of striking chemistry between the fresh lead pair—evoking memories of iconic monsoon romances that are a hallmark of Indian cinema.
