Salman Khan again lands himself in trouble

MUMBAI: Salman Khan, who is known for films like Bharat, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Jai Ho, has landed himself in trouble again. He has landed himself in trouble by allegedly misbehaving with a journalist.

According to the media reports, the Andheri court magistrate has ordered an inquiry against Salman in the case of misconduct against a Mumbai Journalist. This comes months after the scribe moved court seeking registration of a First Information Report (FIR) against the Bollywood star and his bodyguards for allegedly assaulting him even after he allegedly sought permission to click photos and videos of the actor who was riding a bicycle. According to the latest report on DNA, Ashok Pandey, the journalist, reportedly said that if the court didn’t step in, the cops wouldn’t have registered his complaint. “I was confident the court would not turn me down the way the local Mumbai police had. DN Nagar police station had ignored me only because my aggressor was film star Salman Khan,” he said while stating that the cops refused to file a case of robbery and criminal intimidation.

In a previous report on PTI, the journalist, filed a 'private complaint' in the court of R R Khan, Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri, under IPC sections 323 (causing hurt), 392 (robbery), and 506 (criminal intimidation). As per the complaint, the alleged incident took place in the wee hours of 24 April when Salman was riding a bicycle escorted by two body-guards. Ashok said he was riding in a car, and after spotting the actor -- known to be a bicycle enthusiast -- started recording a video after seeking the consent of Khan's bodyguards. The actor, however, got angry, and his bodyguards allegedly came to the car and started thrashing Ashok, the application said. He also claimed that Salman too assaulted him and snatched away his mobile phone and deleted two videos.

On the acting front, Salman will be next seen in Dabangg 3, wherein he is playing the role of Chulbul Pandey.
