MUMBAI: Salman Khan's younger sister Arpita Khan shares a great bond with him. Lately, after the gun-firing incident that took place outside Sallu's home, Arpita was seen traveling to Delhi to seek blessings of the almighty at the Hazrat Nizamuddin Dargah. In a viral video, Arpita was seen in a vibrant kurti as she paid her respects at the holy place. After the gun-firing incident, Salman's younger brother Arbaaz Khan, and brother-in-law Aayush Sharma also addressed the incident. Arbaaz had written in his post that he has 'faith in the police'.
The statement posted by Arbaaz Khan read, "The recent incident of firing by two unidentified people on a motorcycle at Galaxy apartment, the residence of the Salim Khan family, is very disturbing and unnerving. Our family has been taken aback by this shocking incident. Unfortunately, some people claiming to be close to our family and pretending to be the spokesperson have been making loose statements to the media, saying it is all publicity stunt and the family remains unaffected. This is not true and should not be taken seriously".
Take a look at Arbaaz Khan’s post here:
Earlier in an interview with India Today, Salman's dad Salim Khan said that they have been given extra protection by the Mumbai Police. "What’s there to talk about ye jaahil log jo kehte hain maar denge tab pata lagega na (These illiterate people say you’ll learn your lesson when we’ll kill you). We’ve been given extra police protection. They’ve (Mumbai Police) assured protection for us and our friends. If they’ve arrested two people today, that means they’re on it".
For the unversed, two men on a bike had shot bullets outside Salman's home on April 14, 2024. The crime branch of Mumbai Police recovered two pistols and thirteen bullets from Tapi river in Gujarat.
